Delicious Brain fry

This dish is mostly liked by non vegetarian people. Here we show you a simple recipe which can be prepared at home. The preparation details are given below.
Ingredients:
  • Brain-1
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder-1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  • Water- ½ cup
  • Salt
Method to prepare:
Take a Pressure cooker put all the brain, ginger garlic paste, red chilly power, turmeric powder, and water. Let it be well cooked in the cooker for few minutes. After that take a kadai and fry the pressure cooker ingredients thoroughly.
