Best cooking tips



  • Do not throw orange or clamentain peel.  Add all the bit peel in the boiling tea it that it gives flavor even lemon rinds. 
  • If you want to use your lemon that have been  turned a little harder due to the storage of longer time then you can keep it just for warm water for some time
  • Make a paste of fresh methi leaves and apply in the face till it becomes dry and wash well with plain water. When you use this paste you will look fresh and beautiful that will help the wrinkles free from your face. 
  • You can just brush little ghee or oil to the edges of the milk bowl while boiling milk and the milk will never spill over. 
  • Apply some oil in the inner sides of the jar in which it can be stored. They stay fresh for along time and also free from fungus.
  • Store your food in zip lock bags instead of boxes this will help to keep the foods fresh.
  • Never use onion for marinating meant for BBQ. As the onions get burn up very fast. Ginger and garlic paste that is meant for adding spices instead of onions. 
  • To remove tomato skin easily put all the tomato in the hot water for 8 to 10 minutes. 
  • Remove, peel chop and mash as required.
  • Never make a paste of best onions and keep that in any amount time. Then it will turn bitter. Always fry all the onions a little and then start to grind.
  • While cooking soak all the cloth and tea towel in the dry place in the cooking area. In the same way it will help to control smell of the cooking room and make the room fresh. 
  • Add all the little milk while you are boiling cauliflower and cabbage it will get best taste and color.
  • Add a little milk to the beaten egg and then fry them in best taste. You will get excellent taste with fluffy ad tasty egg too.

Delicious Brain fry

This dish is mostly liked by non vegetarian people. Here we show you a simple recipe which can be prepared at home. The preparation details are given below.
Ingredients:
  • Brain-1
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder-1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  • Water- ½ cup
  • Salt
Method to prepare:
Take a Pressure cooker put all the brain, ginger garlic paste, red chilly power, turmeric powder, and water. Let it be well cooked in the cooker for few minutes. After that take a kadai and fry the pressure cooker ingredients thoroughly.

Cocktail Surprise with homemade Grape wine (Non –Alcoholic)


Grape wine is very good for all skin types and also this will help you to get rid of skin burn. Drinking wine will prevent you from LDL cholesterol. In the same way wine should be consumed in best moderation. Grape wine can be prepared at home also. It is easy to prepare. Let see the delicious preparation in detail. 

Ingredients:

  • Black or Red Grapes- 5 kg
  • Water-2 ½ liters
  • Sugar-2 ½ kg
  • Yeast- ½ Of Bakers yeast (Any good wine yeast)


Method to prepare:



  • Make sure that you clean the jar neatly and sanitized. Earthen pots are the ideal perfect for preparation. If you cannot find jar or pots you can move with air tight bucket. 
  • Grapes should be neatly cleaned and the most important thing is grapes should be fresh so that you can make good quality of wine. 
  • Put all the grapes in the jar well and then instantly crush them neatly and separate the skin to extract the juice well. 
  • Once all the grapes are crushed and keep it closed for sometime. Boil the water in the pan and add sugar. Stop the boiling once the sugar is completely dissolved in the water.
  • Let it cool for some time. 
  • Now add all the sugar solution to the crushed sugar.
  • Add ½ quality of yeast. When preferably wine yeast and stir the mixture well with sanitized wooden spoon. 
  • Close jar tightly in the container and keep it aside for 3 weeks for best fermentation
  • .Stir the contents every alternate day and check if the sweetness of the solution has lessened.
  • Once the sweetness is almost gone by using the muslin cloth. Make sure that the sediments are not highly disturbed
  • In the sieved solution add ½ kg of sugar caramel and let it another 2 weeks. Don’t open the jar during this period. To add extra color ad sugar caramel solution. 
  • After 2 weeks open the jar and transfer the contents in the glass bottles with corks tops.
  • This type of juice will give you 5 liters of quantity

Gobi Manchurian the taste of vegetarian




Gobi means cauliflower. The first place to introduce Gobi Manchurian is china later it started to spread in India .Now in all menu charts we can see Gobi Manchurian tops in position. This can be added with rice or chapatti. Now we can see a brief preparation about Gobi that is mentioned below.




Ingredients:
Cauliflower (should be cleaned well, broken into big florettes)
Plain flour -1/4 cup
Spring Onion: 1 small bunch
Corn flour 3tsp
Ginger 2 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Red chili powder ¼ tsp
Red chilies 2 nos
Milk 1 tsp
Oil 3tsp
Water 1 ½ cup

Method to be prepared:
Take the florettes and boil for 3 to 4 minutes in plenty of water. Add one teaspoon of milk and mix the ingredients. Drain and pat dry the mixture with clean cloth. Add one teaspoon of cornflour and flour and make it a thin batter in that you can add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and salt. Now dip the florettes in the batter and fry one by one in the oil and keep it aside. After that add ginger garlic, red chili and fry for a minute in the remaining oil. Now add spring onions and salt and fry for minute. Add 1 ½ cup of water and dissolve the mixture well. Boil the gravy well till it becomes transparent. Add all the florettes and soya sauce in the mixture. Boil the mixture for 6 minutes and remove from the fire. Serve hot.
