Ingredients:
• Egg-4
• Oil
• Milk- 1/2 cup
• Green chilly- 3 finely chopped
• Dhania patta- bunch finely chopped
• Jeera- ½ tablespoon
• Dried red chilly- 1
• Mustard seeds- 1 tablespoon
• Cloves- 4
• Chottee ilaayachi-2
• Bari ilaayachi-1
• Ginger garlic paste – ½ tablespoon
• Haldi powder- ½ tablespoon
• Mustard paste- 2 tablespoon
• Jeera powder- 1 tablespoon
• Red chilly powder- 1 tablespoon
• Dhania powder-p 1 tablespoon
• Garam masala powder- 1 tablespoon
• Tomato- 1 medium
• Tandoori masala powder- 1 tablespoon
• Desi ghee – 1tablespoon
• Salt to taste
• Water
• Malai( cream should be fresh)- 1 tablespoon.
Method to prepare the dish:
Beat the eggs with salt, milk, half of dhania patta and green chilly. Heat the oil in the pan when the oil is enough hot make some omelettes in the beaten eggs. Turn off the flame and take out the omelette and cut the omelette into ½ inch. Then again heat the oil and add jeera, dried red chilly and mustard seeds in the pan. When the jeera start to splutter you can add the whole garam masala. After that add garlic and ginger paste, mustard oil, and masalas in about 2 minutes and sauté it neatly. Add tomato sauce inside the pan and mix it well. Now u can add eggs cut inside the mixture. Add ghee and boiled water to the mixture well. Bring the whole mixture to boil and turn off the flame. At the end add the fresh cream with the help of garnish dhania patta. This is the best dish which can be served with rice and chappathi.
