The right Kadai chicken


Chicken can be prepared in many flavors. Chicken is the king of non vegetarian. Lots of varieties of chicken are available which adds mouthwatering flavor. Now we are going to see about new variety of chicken recipe known as Kadai chicken.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken -800gms
  • Tomato- 4-5(puried)
  • Ginger paste-1 tsp
  • Cloves- 10 
  • Onion chopped-4
  • Cardamon-4
  • Black pepper- 7-8
  • Clove-4
  • Cinnamon-1 stick
  • Red chili powder-1 tsp
  • Haldi powder- ¼ tsp
  • Chicken powder-1 tsp
  • Capsicum- 3
  • Coriander leaves- 2tsp
  • Green chili powder
  • Salt
  • Oil for cooking




Method to prepare kadai chicken:
Wash the chicken well neatly and then slit chicken. Add the salt and red chili powder and keep the marinate for 10 minutes. Keep the pan and heat well put the entire masalas together Add al the onions together and mix well till the mixture gets brown color. In that add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, and cook till it absorbs all the oil. Now add the salt, red chili and haldi powder, chicken masala. Add all the chicken pieces in a very low flame for about 10 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and stir constantly. Cook the mixture for about 7 minutes. In that chicken add the capsicum and boil fro 3 to 4 minutes. Add hot water to make gravy. The best combination for Butter Nan.
