Spinach the taste of yoghurt and walnuts


Spinach is very easy to cook and no need to add water while cooking. The excellent source of iron is present in the spinach. Spinach wills work wonder with nutrient and health. Here we give you the best recipe for the preparation of spinach.

Ingredients:

  • Curd- 3 ½ cups
  • Garlic paste- ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ground- 1 tsp
  • Fresh spinach washed- 700gm
  • Salt 

Method to prepare:

Mix all the ginger, salt and honey into the curd well. Steam and blanch all the spinach until it gets wilts or cool. Drain all the excess water and chop it gently. Now add all the spinach into the curd well. Bend the ingredients too. Add nuts for additional taste. Serve chill with salad or raita. Garnish massively with whole walnuts. Scoop out in the center and take care not o touch at the bottom and fill it with dip. After all eth dip is over you can eat with bread which will be soaked with some delicious dip.
