Chicken Fried Rice


Chicken Fried Rice is simple and easy to serve as lunch or dinner. You can follow the below method to make it easy.

Ingredients:
  • Ajinamoto salt – as per taste
  • Chopped ginger garlic – 1
  • Cooked rice – 3 cups
  • Diced carrots – ¼ cup
  • Diced celery – ¼ cup
  • Diced Chicken (cooked) – ¼ cup
  • Diced peas – ¼ cup
  • Egg – 1
  • Green or Red Chili Sauce – ½ tsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Pepper – as per taste
  • Soya Sauce – 2 tsp

Method
  • Take chicken, cut into small pieces and wash.
  • Take a bowl add chicken, pepper, salt, corn flour and mix well and add half egg and keep aside.
  • Now cook rice and keep it aside.
  • Take a pan and add oil to fry chicken, once chicken is cooked transfer it to a plate.
  • Take the same pan and remove the oil and then pour 1 tsp of oil and then add ginger, onion and egg.
  • Once it is cooked, add pepper, salt, ajinamoto, vegetables, vinegar, soya sauce and chicken 
  • After few minutes add the cooked rice to it and mix well.
  • Lastly add some spring onions and finish it off.

Children love fried rice and ask for more. Do give a try.
