Chicken Fried Rice is simple and easy to serve as lunch or dinner. You can follow the below method to make it easy.
Ingredients:
- Ajinamoto salt – as per taste
- Chopped ginger garlic – 1
- Cooked rice – 3 cups
- Diced carrots – ¼ cup
- Diced celery – ¼ cup
- Diced Chicken (cooked) – ¼ cup
- Diced peas – ¼ cup
- Egg – 1
- Green or Red Chili Sauce – ½ tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Pepper – as per taste
- Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
Method
- Take chicken, cut into small pieces and wash.
- Take a bowl add chicken, pepper, salt, corn flour and mix well and add half egg and keep aside.
- Now cook rice and keep it aside.
- Take a pan and add oil to fry chicken, once chicken is cooked transfer it to a plate.
- Take the same pan and remove the oil and then pour 1 tsp of oil and then add ginger, onion and egg.
- Once it is cooked, add pepper, salt, ajinamoto, vegetables, vinegar, soya sauce and chicken
- After few minutes add the cooked rice to it and mix well.
- Lastly add some spring onions and finish it off.
