The most preferable Duck curry


Duck is great source of protein. Duck eggs are very good for cancer patients. Duck has a very source iron, selenium and niacin which acts very good source in the body. Duck have excellent source of calories 120, 23 grams of protein and 2 grams of fat. If you love to purchase duck fat then the whole duck price will get increased sharply

Ingredients:
  • Duck 1Kg
  • Oil- ¼ cup
  • Onions- ½ cup
  • Ginger-2 tsp
  • Garlic pods- 18 nos
  • Green chilies- 6 nos
  • Vinegar-2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Coriander powder- 2 tsp
  • Chilly powder- 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder- ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder- 2 pieces
  • Cloves- 6 nos
  • Cardamom- 4nos
  • Thick coconut milk-1 cup
  • Grated coconut- 2 cups
  • Thin coconut milk- 3 cups
  • Potatoes- 4 nos

Seasoning:
  • Oil- 1 tsp
  • Ghee- 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1 tsp
  • Onion -2 tsp
  • Curry leaves

Method to prepare:
Grind the coriander Powder, chilly powder, Pepper powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, cloves, and Cardamom pods to a very fine paste. Heat the oil in the pan. Saute the onions, ginger, garlic paste and green chilies well. Add the best ground masala by best vinegar and salt. Stir well the thin coconut milk in the pan. Cover the pan with deep lid containing water. Now add all the potatoes with the meat is done almost. When the potatoes are done add the thick coconut milk and remove the heat from fire. Heat the best oil or ghee in the pan. Add all the mustard seeds when they start to crackle. Now add all the onions and curry leaves.  Put all these mixture in the duck curry. Serve hot with rice and enjoy with duck curry.
