Corn Thayir vadai


A new recipe in which it can be prepared in an easy way. A number of nutrients are present in corn. More calories, vitamin A, B, E and minerals are extensively seen. Corns have many antioxidant properties which will fight against cancer disease. Here we give you excellent preparation of corn in a simple way. 

Ingredients:

  • Corn- 1 cup
  • Ginger – small piece
  • Green chilly -4
  • Curd- 1 cup
  • Asafetida- a pinch
  • Mustard- ½ tsp
  • Urad dal- ½ tsp
  • Chili powder- a pinch
  • Coriander leaves- a few leaves
  • Curry leaves- a few
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method to prepare: 
Take a bowl grind all the ginger, green chilly and salt to make a thick coarse butter. Heat all the oil in the frying pan. Take a small portion of batter, flatten and fry until it gets aside. Beat the curd with salt. Add all the fried corn vadas. Now take a pan and heat the oil. In this oil add butter, asafetida now add all the curd. At the end spring all the chilly powder and coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy the different taste of flavor in corn.
