Egg Gravy


Listed below are the ingredients and procedure for preparing the egg gravy in excellent way.

Ingredients needed for egg gravy

  • 4 eggs
  • Half kg of onions finely sliced
  • 2 or 3 bay leaves
  • 1/4 kg tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste
  • 6 or 7 green chilly with slits
  • One and half tps of chilly powder
  • 2 tps of dhania powder
  • 1 tps of jeera powder
  • 1 tps of curry powder
  • 2 or 3 tps of kasuri methi
  • salt to taste
  • oil for cooking

Procedure for cooking egg gravy:

  • Heat the oil in a non stick pan ( a small pan more than usual) and further add finely chopped onions sauté it well it turn brown
  • Include tomatoes slit chilly, ginger garlic paste, dhania powder, jeera powder, curry powder, and mix well , till it starts leaving oil for edges
  • Include the tomatoes slit chilly, ginger garlic paste, dhania powder, jeera powder, curry powder, and stir it well and also pore the oil at the edges
  • Include salt along with a spoon and make petite pockets in the gravy and drop broken eggs in this pockets and wrap it and let it on sim flame for  not less than ten minutes, add kasuri methi and then cover it
