Laddu


Laddu is one of the delicious snacks that prepared all over the world. This foodstuff especially prepared in the time of festivals and celebration time. Laddu is distributed as the Prasatham in Hindu temples. 

Almost every people like this sweet food that prepared with semi sweet. Listed below are the ingredients and producers that used to prepare Laddu.





Ingredients for preparing Laddu:
  • one cup of Besan 
  • one cup of pinch Kesari
  • one pinch Cardamom powder 
  • one tbsp of Rice flour 
  • one pinch of Baking Powder 
  • one tbsp of Melon seeds 
  • one tbsp of Broken Cashew nut 
  • two cups of Oil Sugar 
  • one cup of Water

Procedure for preparing Laddu:

  • make the blend with the flour, rice flour, baking powder and color
  • Have the smooth thick batter and heat the oil. Now take the batter and pour it above a sieve with round holes
  • Hit it gently with a spoon so that small balls of dough fall into the oil. Compose the balls and keep away. With the High temperature the sugar and water till reaches half thread consistency
  • Have the kesari melon seed and cardamom powder and fried boondies. When the blend is still warm make into balls. Bondi Ladoo are equipped to serve
  • If the blend cools balls cannot be prepared as the sugar crystallizes

Jangri


The most prominent and delicious sweet of Indians is Jangri. This snack is regulated along with urad dhal (Black gram). No one can able to mention the festivals or any celebration has been conducted without the preparation of Jangri. It is also available in all the bakeries in India. The taste of this dish makes one to taste it again and again. 
Ingredients for Jangri:
  • One tsp of rice flour 
  • One pinch of saffron color powder
  • To fry take one tsp of ghee
  • Three cup of sugar
  • One cup of urad dhal (split black gram)

Procedures for preparing Jagri:
  • Wash the urad dhal 
  • Well Soak the cleaned urad dhal in water not less that one hour
  • Drain the water completely 
  • Grind the dhal and make it into the fine paste that it seems to be glue sticking 
  • Add the saffron color into the paste and mix well
  • Add the rice flour to the colored mixture
  • Fill the paste in the zip lock 
  • Now it into the hot oil
  • After that put it inside the sugar syrup for few minutes
  • Now jangri is ready to serve

Sweet Pongal


Sweat pongal is the delicious dish that prepared in the area of south India especially in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu is celebrating one festival namely “Pongal” by preparing the sweet pongal.

Ingredients for preparing sweet pongal:

  • Half cup of Coconut 
  • One cup of Jiggery 
  • Three cups of milk
  • Half cup of moong dhal
  • Little amount of pepper 
  • One tsp of raisins
  • One cup of rice
  • I pinch of saffron color
  • Four cups of water
  • Two tsp of cashew nut
  • Two tsp of pista
  • Two tsp almonds

Preparations for preparing Sweet Pongal:

  • Wash and boil the rice
  • Add Moong dhal with four cups of water after the rice has almost boiled
  • Pore some milk and after that cook the rice 
  • Add nuts into the mixture
  • Add the jiggery 
  • Cook till fine pudding reliability 
  • Add the chopped coconut and saffron color
