Fortunate the Sweet corn soup


The best starter to be served before the meal is the soup.  There are different types of soup which will give you extra taste before you eat heavy meal. Sweet corn soup is the most delicious food liked my most of us. Here we give you excellent recipe to prepare the soup easily.

Ingredients:

  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Corn kernels 1 cup
  • Corn flour 4 tsp
  • Vegetable cubes 2
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce ½ tsp
  • Ajinomoto ½ tsp
  • Water 5
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 

Method to prepare:
Take a sharp bowl and remove all the kernels from the fresh corn and put all the kernels inside the bowl. Now turn on the flame and boil the corn kernels and keep them aside. Mix corn flour and ½ cup of water and mix together keep aside. Take a large pan and put all the vegetables cube, salt, water, corn kernels and add creamed corn to it. Boil the mixture in a low flame and add the corn flour paste to it contininuosly. Add soya sauce and vinegar to the mixture and keep it stir till it become thick and clear.

Beef is the most consumed meat in the world. Beef can be prepared in many varieties. The cut of the beef will make difference. Tender will rock in all beef preparation. Here we give you the best new recipe Chilly Beef recipe. The detail preparation is given below.

Ingredients:


  • Beef Lean (fat should be removed)- ½ kg
  • Garlic pods- 5nos
  • Ginger- ½ pieces
  • Green capsicum- 1
  • Onion- 2
  • Green chilies- 6 
  • Corn flour- 1tsp
  • Sesame oil- 3 tsp
  • Chilly sauce-2 tsp
  • Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Dark soya sauce- 1tsp
  • Garam masala- ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder- 2 tsp

Mixing:

  • Chili sauce- 1 ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce-1 tsp
  • Pepper- 1/2tsp

Chilly beef recipe methods to prepare:
Clean the beef clearly with water marinate and keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes. Put the beef inside the pressure cook for 3 whistles until the beef becomes tender and soft. Keep the beef aside and stock them separately. Heat the sesame oil for 4 minutes in a pan. Now put all the onions together with chilies and capsicum for 2 minutes and keep aside. After that fry all the ginger garlic paste and beef for 2 minutes in the same oil. Mix all the sauces into the beef and fry  them for 3 minutes. Add the stock and the corn flour inside the water. Continue the same process till the sauce is almost drained. Now add all the ingredients together and give a hot final stir. Serve hot with rice, chapatti, Nan.
