Mint cooler


The most oldest and healthy drink in popular herbs .It is very good for digestion and helps body to get cool. Mint juice is a very good appetizer. It also gives the stomach. This mint juice is very good for liver disorder problems, vomiting. This healthy drink can be prepared at home in a very easy way. 

Ingredients:
  • Mint leaves- 3 cups
  • Jaggery-200 grams
  • Lemon juice-30 ml
  • Ginger-10 grams
  • Water-4 cups

Method to prepare:
Take a mint leaves and ginger in a large bowl. In a large bowl add lemon juice, jaggery, water .Let the jaggery mix together thoroughly. This juice will give refresh to the body and give an excellent taste.
