Tasteful Mutton Chukka


Mutton is one of the tasty foods in non vegetarian. Mutton is rich in zinc and iron. When comparing with other foods the body gives good results by eating mutton because Iron content in the lamb is very helpful for red blood cells and zinc is very good for immune system. Protein content is largely seen in lamb which gives strength to the body. Varieties of preparation are done mutton with extreme flavors. Here we are going to explain about the new recipe that is prepared by mutton.


Ingredients:

  • Aniseed powder- ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder- 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder- 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 6 tsp
  • Curry leaves- 10
  • Mutton bone less- 1000grams
  • Pepper powder- 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame oil- 2 tsp
  • Small onions- 250 grams
  • Sunflower- 5 tsp
  • Water 150 ml
  • Turmeric- 1 pinch

Method to prepare:
Clean the mutton neatly into small pieces. Cook all mutton, salt, turmeric in a low flame. Keep all the ingredients inside the cooker and let it whistle for 4 times. Cut all the onions together into small pieces and then add curry leaves, aniseeds and fry well neatly. Now put all the mutton gravy with coriander powder, chilly powder, and cumin powder .Heat until the mixture gets fully dry and become brown color which emits fresh aroma. Add the sesame oil and pepper powder .Now mix then clearly and serve hot. It is always good to get shoulder piece of the lamb for tender taste. Best to eat with rasam and rice.

Splendid taste of Prawn Curry


Prawns have rich vitamin B, low in fat and rich in protein. Good health will not come automatically. You have to choose the best one and consume the food. Prawns have fewer calories than meat and beef. Eat best prawns which give you excellent calcium content. Prawns have good source of Protein content. Here we give you the best recipe for preparing Prawns.

Ingredients:

  • Grated coconut-2 full
  • Prawns- 1 kg
  • Cucumber- 1 cup
  • Fried red chili- 16
  • Tamarind- 2 lemon size
  • Coconut oil- 6 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
  • Hing powder- 2 tsp
  • Salt

Method to prepare:
Clean the prawns neatly and add turmeric powder and heat well in a pan and boil it till done. Grind all the ingredients like red chili, coconut, tamarind, salt, and water in a very smooth paste. Now take the pan and heat oil add hing powder, Ground paste, Boiled cucumber and prawns. Cover the whole mixture and cook for 15 minutes. Finally add all the coconut oil. Serve hot with best rice.
