Pani Puri


Pani puri is also called as Puchka or Gol Guppa. It is the well known street food that almost popular in India. The taste of the Pani Puri is different from other foods. Ingredients and preparation of this food are very easy.  

Ingredients for Pani Puri:-
To Prepare Puri

  • 1 cup Semolina (Rava / Suji) 
  • 3 tblsp Fine Wheat Flour (Maida) 
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • Oil to deep fry

 To Make Pani:-

  • 1/2 cup Tamarind (Imli) Pulp 
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tblsp roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • 2 tblsp un-roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) 
  • Coriander Leaves 
  • 3 Green Chilly (Hari Mirch) 
  • 2 tblsp Mint Leaves (Pudina Leaves) Chutney
  • 1 tblsp Black Salt (kala namak )
  • 2 tblsp Jaggary (Gur)

Preparation of Pani:-

  • Appraise all ingredients
  • Change spices and tanginess to taste
  • Strain throughout a wire strainer to take out any rough bits

Preparation of Puri:

  • Mix sooji, maida, baking soda, salt and needed amount water to knead soft dough
  • Stand covered with wet cloth for 15-20 minutes
  • Make small sized balls
  • With the help of some dry maida or sooji, roll into thin rounds
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry puris till very light brown and crisp
  • Drain in a paper towel for a while to dry out the oil
  • Store in an airtight container when cool

Mysore Bonda


The Mysore Bonda is the instant preparation of snacks that prepared in the home. You want mix all the ingredients along with the sour curd. You want to blend as the paste in the smooth manner for the cooking process. 

Then you want to keep it close for nearly three hours. Listed below are the ingredients and procedures to prepare Mysore Bonda. 

Ingredients for Mysore Bonda:

  • Two cups of Dosa batter 
  • Two tsp of Chili powder 
  • Half cup of rice flour
  • Two tsp of Jeera
  • One tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • Half cup of Maida 
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Procedures for preparing Mysore Bonda:

  • Blend all the items together without any pieces. It does not so liquid or so solid
  • Put the pan heat it and pour the oil in it
  • Put the a scoop of batter in it and fry them till golden brown
  • Serve it along with chutney

Tomato Dosa


Tomato Dosa is an instant food recipe to cook. Of courses, tomato is the good favor and nice colored types of vegetables that add taste to the recipe. It is easy to prepare within the short period. It is the good recipe to serve for dinner.

Ingredients for Tomato Dosa:

  • Three cups of Dosa Batter  
  • Three chopped Tomato 
  • Little amount of grinded Coconut 
  • Two tsp of Chile powder 
  • Curry leaves - 1 spring
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil needed amount

Procedure for preparing Tomato Dosa:

  • Heat the kadai and pore the oil in it
  • Add tomatoes and salt and blend well. Cook for 3 minutes till mushy
  • Now acquire this in blender all along with coconut and make into a puree
  • Add this to dosa batter with chili powder and curry leaves and stir it well
  • Heat the tawa and stretch the dosa evenly on it
  • Drizzle some oil around the sides of dosa and flip over and cook
  • Remove and serve
