Almond Milkshake


Almonds have good rich source of benefits like respiratory disorders, cough, anemia, and diabetes. Almonds are very source essential food item for growing children. Regulates the cholesterol level. Almonds are very rich in vitamins and minerals. This milkshake will give you excellent taste with nutritious effect. 

Ingredients:-

  • Soaked Almonds- 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts soaked – 4 
  • Saffron- ¼ tsp
  • Boiled milk-1/2l
  • Sugar- ½ cup
  • Milk maid- ¼ cup

Method to Prepare:
Mix the soaked almonds, cashew nuts, saffron and boiled milk with sugar and milkmaid blend them well in the mixer. Keep in the fridge till it becomes cook. Enjoy the nutritious drink with great fun.

Nutritious Banana Dosa


Dosa can be prepared in many forms. Lots of varieties of dosa can be prepared in different ingredients.  Banana is rich in protein content. This recipe can be prepared in an easy way with less consumption of time. 

Ingredients:
  • Maida flour- 250 gm
  • Banana mashed-4 
  • Egg- 1
  • Sugar -75gm
  • Cardamom powder- 2 gm
  • Baking powder- ¼ tsp
  • Milk- 1 ½ glass
  • Oil- 50 gm

Method to be Prepared:
Beat the egg well and add sugar, mashed banana mix all the ingredients in the form blender. Take the Maida in the bowl and add the above mixture into it. Mix well and form a dosa batter. Now add all the cardamom powder and baking powder to the batter and mix well gently. Now heats the flat pans well add form thin dosas. Fry on both the sides until it becomes golden brown in color with little oil. Serve hot with best juice.

Best classic Vanilla milkshake


Milkshake is the best recipe that can be prepared in easy way. Milk is the best favor for all of them. 
Ingredients:

  • Vanilla ice cream-3 scoops
  • Milk- 1 ½ cups
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
  • Sugar- 2 tsp

Method to prepare:
Take a large bowl and combine ice cream, milk, sugar and vanilla and blend them perfectly. Blend them perfectly until it gets smooth.

Peach Apple Pie recipe


Eating apple is very good for health. Apple rocks in bone density.Apple are very good for asthma control. A good intake of apple reduces asthma in children. The pectin I apple reduces LDL(bad) cholesterol .Peaches have good nutrients and nitrogen for the body. Here we going to show the best preparation of recipe.

Ingredients:


  • 1 crust for one crust pie
  • Peaches- 2 cup(sliced)
  • Apples-2 cup(sliced)
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon- ½ tsp
  • Sugar- ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Method to prepare for Streusel Toppings:

  • Flour -1 cup
  • Sugar- 1 cup
  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Butter- ¼ cup (that should be cut into pieces)

Method to prepare Peach Apple Pie:

  • Now preheat the oven for about 425degree F
  • Now take all apples, peaches, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl and mix them all well gently. 
  • Now place the pie pastry in the pie plate and crumble at all the sides gently. 
  • Now pile up all the fruits gently in the pie crust evenly. 
  • Put all the flour sugar ad put all the oats inside the bowl and mix well gently
  • Mix all the butter pieces and spread across over the fruits.
  • Bake the whole mixture for 10 minutes. Then reduce all the heat and bake it further for 45 minutes at 375 degree F
  • Next cool all eth ingredients and serve well.

Best Cold Coffee


The most popular beverages in the world are cold coffee. The most refreshing and satisfying drink in India is the cold coffee. Here we explore the easy and effective drink to prepare coffee of their own. 

 Ingredients:
  • Boiling water-1 cup
  • Milk cold -4 cups
  • Instant coffee powder- 6 tsp
  • Sugar- 3 tsp
  • Cream – 4 tsp
  • Crushed Ice

Method to prepare Cold coffee:

Take a large bowl and cup of water to it. Now boil all the water. Now in the same way dissolve the instant coffee powder and sugar to the boiling water and allow the mixture to get cool. Now transfer the coffee mixture and blend the whole mixture with milk. Now blend the whole mixture for few seconds. Add the cream and the crushed ice. Blend them nicely till they become frothy. Beat them up fast. Chilled cold coffee is ready to serve.

Beetroot/carrot halwa





Halwa is prepared with best ingredients. Halwa can also be prepared in Carrot / beetroot. Carrots have good vitamins which gives good vision to the eyes. Beetroot are best in iron and increases the level of Hemoglobin. Let us see the preparation details below. 




Ingredients:
  • Carrot/ Beetroot halwa
  • Milk-2cups
  • Sugar-1cup
  • Cashews
  • Ghee
  • Raisins


Method to prepare Beetroot/carrot halwa:
Take a wide pan and heat ghee in 1 tablespoon. When the ghee starts to melt adds the carrots and grate well for 3 minutes. In the same way add the milk and stir occasionally till it gets thickens with carrot. Be careful it should not get thicken to the bottom sides. After that milk get condenses and thickens with carrot in the same way add the sugar and mix well. When the sugar melt well it will start to melt .Now add the roasted cashews and raisins for 1 minute. When the sugar starts to leave add the remaining ghee for 3 tablespoon and stir constantly. You can see whole mixture leaving aside in the same way the ghee gets absorbed with the carrot and you can turn off the flame. Serve the mixture hot with almonds. Serve in a cool designed bowl.

Gulab jaman the taste of sweet


Gulab jaman is the right choice to make the festivals grant in dishes. Here we give you the preparation details of jaman which can add real taste to your home.


Ingredients:

  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Maida 3 tsp
  • Rose water 2tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Baking soda 1 pinch
  • Ghee.



Method to prepare:
Take a large vessel pour the milk in medium heat and mix it constantly till it becomes semisolid state. After that Pour the Maida in the milk and again stir it for some minutes. Now take out the flame and then dough the mixture. Take some part of the dough and make it a ball. Keep the balls aside and the n add water with sugar heat in medium till it becomes sticky. Mix rose water and saffron well and take out the flame. Fry the jamans in the ghee for 3 to 4 pieces at the same time.  Fry the mixture till golden brown and add the fried mixture to the syrup. Shift eth vessel immediately and cover for sometime. And Serve gulab jaman with syrup.
