Kotthu Parota



Of course, each and every human in the world desires to taste parota often, especially youths’ likes to taste it every day. Instead of eating plain parota, one can prepared them into some other dishes using the plain parota. Among the varieties, Kotthu Parota is the famous food that prepared in all hotels. But this can also be able to prepare in home itself with extra ordinary taste as it is prepared in the hotels. Mentioned below are the ingredients and procedures used to prepare Kotthu Parota. 


Ingredients for preparing Kotthu Parota:-

  • Seven number of Frozen Parota
  • Three Eggs
  • Three chopped Onions (medium chopped)
  • Two Garlic (chopped)
  • One number of Tomato (chopped)
  • Half tsp of Turmeric powder
  • Six numbers of Green Chilies
  • One tsp of Chili powder
  • Vegetable oil needed amount 
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste

For Seasoning:-

  • Cinnamon - half inch
  • Sombu – half tsp
  • Jeera – half tsp
  • Curry Leaves - 10 Cloves-2

Procedures for preparing Kotthu Parota:-
  • Take the frozen parotas to room temperature and shred the parotas into very fine pieces and keep it aside
  • Heat the pan with vegetable oil and pore it with cinnamon ,cloves , sombu , jeera and curry leaves
  • Fry the chopped onions, garlic and when soft and transparent and add tomato, green chili, turmeric and salt to taste
  • After that add the Shredded parotas and makes sure it is mixed well
  • To end with add the 3 eggs to the parota mixture and mix well till the egg cooked
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and cashew nuts
  • Serve hot with raita and great evening tiffin or dinner

Onion Bajji


The snacks that prepared with the aid onion are so tasty. Every one desires to consume the snacks which prepared by using onion. Onion Bajji is the excellent food for south Indians. Of course, Bajji can be prepared by so many vegetables but preparing Bajji with onion is extra ordinary. Generally, onion comprises healthy contents in it in the large amount. Mentioned below are the ingredients and process for preparing Onion Bajji. 

Ingredients for Preparing Onion Bajji:-

  • Five big sized of Red Onions  
  • One cup of Channa Flour (Besan) 
  • Half cup of Rice Flour 
  • One tsp of Chili Powder
  • Half tsp of Baking soda
  • Half tsp of Asafetida 
  • Oil needed amount - For Frying 
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of Onion Bajji:-

  • select big sized Onions for this and chop them into fairly thin circles and be careful not to separate out the rings
  • Sieve channa flour, rice flour, salt and baking soda together. Add chili powder and asafetida
  • Add adequate water to it to make a smooth batter without lumps
  • Dip the onion slices in the batter and profound fry over medium flame till golden brown
  • Serve burning with coconut chutney
