Best Liver fry


Liver is the best healthy food with lots of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. They have very low calorie content with maximum of nutrient load .Lots of copper, riboflavin, vitamin A, B 12 are seen. Liver have very rich source of protein content. The preparation for this best recipe is given below. 

Ingredients:

  • Liver- 500 grams
  • Onion-1
  • Cumin seeds- 1tsp
  • Saunf -1 tsp
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method to Prepare:
Take liver neatly and wash them properly. Roast dry all the cumin seeds and saunf. After the mixture completely becomes brown in color you will get a good aroma nicely. After that powder them and keep aside. Now slice all the onions. Fry the pan with oil .After that put all the onions together and sauce till it becomes golden brown. Do not roast the onions. Now add all the liver and cook until the liver becomes tender.  Do not add water to this mixture. If you like to add water when you cook add a little spoon mixture and gently sauté it. When the liver has been cooked fully sprinkle the cumin saunf powder and pepper powder fro excellent taste. Serve this recipe with curd rice.

Masterly Cashew chicken

Cashew nuts have good source of fat contents. In all Indian desserts cashew nuts are the most important added flavor in dishes. They are rich in antioxidants that even reduce the risk of cancer. Intakes of cashews have good level of copper, gives strength to bones, joints and also blood vessels. Chicken have good source of protein content. A good source of phosphorus is very essential for body this content is much in chicken. Now we can see in detail about the new variety of chicken preparation by means of cashew nuts.

Ingredients:
  •  Chicken -800 grams
  • Yoghurt sour- 2 cups
  • Cashew paste – ½ cup
  • Cloves-4
  • Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
  • Ginger -1 tsp
  • Garlic-1 tsp
  • Green chilies-1 tsp
  • Cumin-1 tsp
  • Coriander-1 tsp
  • Garam masala- 1tsp
  • Cardamom-1 crushed
  • Butter- 1tsp
  • Salt
  • Onion rings, fresh cream and also fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method to prepare:
Heat the butter in a medium bottom pan. Add all the dry spices and fry all the species for few seconds. For more seconds add the ginger, garlic and green chilly paste. Add the yoghurt and fry the contents on medium pan for 3 minutes. Add all the chicken pieces and add little water to it and mix well gently. Cover and cook the chicken half for 15 minutes. Add all the cashew paste and fry for some time. Add some more water and sprinkle salt for taste. Mix the whole mixture well and cook in low heat for 15 minutes. After that make the chicken gravy thick and tender. Garnish the whole mixture with onion rings, fresh cream and finely chopped coriander leaves. You should use ghee in medium heat while cooking. You can serve hot with rice, and bread
