Tomato Ketchup in just few minutes

     

    

          Tomato Ketchup is the most popular food in all the Chinese favorites. You can make up your own ketchup in just few minutes and have a best treat with your family. You can see the best procedures below:






Ingredients:

½ kg Tomatoes

½ cup of sugar
2 cloves
1 cardamom
2 tsps chopped ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 cup vinegar
2 tsps glacial acetic acid
2 tsps Sodium benzoate
1tsps chilli powder
¼ cinnamon
2tsps sodium benzoate
    Let us see in briefly how to make the delicious tomato ketchup:
       Chop the tomatos, ginger, garlic well and put in degchi well. After that cook well in tender with low flame and thick. This will give good smell. After that pass through the sieve. In this case add vinegar, chili powder, and sugar well and make a thick paste well. Add acetic acid, and sodium benzoate mixed with ¼ cup of boiling water. Pour the ketchup tightly in a bottle closed by the cork. Use this mixture after 1 week. This ketchup can be kept one year.
