Mouth Watering Egg curry Recipe

      
Egg is a complete source of essential nutrients for adults and children. Eggs have more protein and it is one of the cheapest available foods in daily products. Here we will show you mouthwatering egg curry recipes with different taste
 
Ingredients:
·         5 eggs hardly boiled
·         ½ tomato pureed
·         3-4 flakes of garlic
·         ½ piece of ginger
·         1-2 green chilies
·         1 onion
·         2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
·         Salt
·         Red chilli powder
·         ½ spoon coriander powder
·         ¾ teaspoon gram masala
·         2-3 tbsp vegetable oil/coconut oil/ghee
·         1 cup green peas
Preparation:
ü  Remove the outer layer of the egg clearly and keep aside.
ü  Mix onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies and mix them well in a mixer or chopper
ü  Heat the oil in the kadai/pan and add the ginger garlic paste and onion till golden brown.
ü  You add all the spices like turmeric, salt, coriander powder for a few minute and add tomato puree till fry. Do not add gram masala in this mixture.
ü  Fry the ingredients till it leaves all the oil out
ü  Add a cup of water and cook the fry till it gets dried.
ü  Now you add all the green peas and egg
ü  Now add 1 cup of water and boil reduce the flame.
ü  Keep the kadai in simmer for 10 minutes
ü  Just garnish the egg curry with coriander leaves and gram masala and serve hot with paratha, roti, and rice.
