Spinach the gracious healthy soup



     
 Soup is nutritious and also easy to make. The recipe can be cooked very quickly. If you eat greens you have been eaten when it is boiled .Greens will give you more iron. No doubt your family will enjoy the taste of best green loving vegetable. You can make spinach with best taste by the following procedures
                                                               
 Ingredients:
·          Fresh spinach leaves-2cups
·         Water-3 cups
·         Sugar-1/2 tsp
·         Corn flour-1/2 tsp
·         Salt-1/2 tsp
·         Fresh cream or butter-1 tsp
·         Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
     Preparation:
             ·         Wash spinach leaves
             ·         Chop it
                                                     


Procedure:
    Boil the pan with 1 cup of water mix the chop spinach I the pan and cook it for 2 minutes. Switch off the fire. Puree the spinach with water when it is cooked. Again out the puree back into the pot. Add 1 cup of water and boil it hardly. Mix the corn in ½ cup of water. Add the soap mixture to stir well. So as it will not create any lumps. Let it boil for 1 minute. Check the consistency and add water if needed. In the soup add the pepper, salt and the sugar when accordance to the taste. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes .Soup is ready to serve. Enjoy the soup with family and friends


It is best to serve with garlic bread. Add milk, butter or cream just before serving. Don’t add while cooking.
