Tomato Ketchup in just few minutes

Ingredients:

½ kg Tomatoes

½ cup of sugar
2 cloves
1 cardamom
2 tsps chopped ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 cup vinegar
2 tsps glacial acetic acid
2 tsps Sodium benzoate
1tsps chilli powder
¼ cinnamon
2tsps sodium benzoate
    Let us see in briefly how to make the delicious tomato ketchup:
       Chop the tomatos, ginger, garlic well and put in degchi well. After that cook well in tender with low flame and thick. This will give good smell. After that pass through the sieve. In this case add vinegar, chili powder, and sugar well and make a thick paste well. Add acetic acid, and sodium benzoate mixed with ¼ cup of boiling water. Pour the ketchup tightly in a bottle closed by the cork. Use this mixture after 1 week. This ketchup can be kept one year.

 Ingredients:
·          Fresh spinach leaves-2cups
·         Water-3 cups
·         Sugar-1/2 tsp
·         Corn flour-1/2 tsp
·         Salt-1/2 tsp
·         Fresh cream or butter-1 tsp
·         Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
     Preparation:
             ·         Wash spinach leaves
             ·         Chop it
                                                     


Procedure:
    Boil the pan with 1 cup of water mix the chop spinach I the pan and cook it for 2 minutes. Switch off the fire. Puree the spinach with water when it is cooked. Again out the puree back into the pot. Add 1 cup of water and boil it hardly. Mix the corn in ½ cup of water. Add the soap mixture to stir well. So as it will not create any lumps. Let it boil for 1 minute. Check the consistency and add water if needed. In the soup add the pepper, salt and the sugar when accordance to the taste. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes .Soup is ready to serve. Enjoy the soup with family and friends

Method:
·         Dry the red chilies, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, cloves,mustard seeds
           in separate.
·         Heat the mustard oil in the pan allow it to smoke point and cool it tehn heat it back .
·         Saute the onions till golden brown
·         Add ginger , garlic and allow it to saute
·         Add the ground masala powder
·         Cook for half a minute stirring all the time.
·         Add the mutton cook on the high heat with mutton pieces
·         Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric and mix well.
·         Cook the oil till it leaves
·         Add two or 3 cup of water boil it and cover
·         Add Tomatos cook on medium heat for ten minutes till golden brown and stir it
            occationally
·         Add lemon juice at the last and mix well.
·         Serve hot with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
·         5 eggs hardly boiled
·         ½ tomato pureed
·         3-4 flakes of garlic
·         ½ piece of ginger
·         1-2 green chilies
·         1 onion
·         2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
·         Salt
·         Red chilli powder
·         ½ spoon coriander powder
·         ¾ teaspoon gram masala
·         2-3 tbsp vegetable oil/coconut oil/ghee
·         1 cup green peas
Preparation:
ü  Remove the outer layer of the egg clearly and keep aside.
ü  Mix onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies and mix them well in a mixer or chopper
ü  Heat the oil in the kadai/pan and add the ginger garlic paste and onion till golden brown.
ü  You add all the spices like turmeric, salt, coriander powder for a few minute and add tomato puree till fry. Do not add gram masala in this mixture.
ü  Fry the ingredients till it leaves all the oil out
ü  Add a cup of water and cook the fry till it gets dried.
ü  Now you add all the green peas and egg
ü  Now add 1 cup of water and boil reduce the flame.
ü  Keep the kadai in simmer for 10 minutes
ü  Just garnish the egg curry with coriander leaves and gram masala and serve hot with paratha, roti, and rice.

·         Red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
·         Poppy seeds (just soak in little milk and make it a paste)
·         Red onion 2
·         Garam masala powder
·         Star anise 1
·         Cinnamon 1
·         Coconut milk thick3/4 cup
·         Coriander leaves 2tsp
·         Salt
·         Oil  2tsps
Method:

       First we should marinate the chicken in yogurt, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, and green chili paste for 10 minutes. Pour the oil in the vessel and the star anise, chopped onions, cinnamon sticks and fry for 4 minutes. After that sauté the ginger garlic paste for 4 minutes and add red chili. Add the marinate chicken well and cook the mixture well for 4minutes on high heat. Reduce the heat and then add salt to taste poppy seeds paste well and then mix it. Cook the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes. Cook the oil well till it gets separated. Add 1 ½ cup of water and mix well. Bring it to boil and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add gram masala powder and mix well. Cook on medium heat and then add the thick coconut milk well. Serve the curry with white rice, coconut rice and rotis. Enjoy the taste of differently flavored chicken recipe with your family.

Cabbage the queen of vegetarian

Today we are going to see about new recipe made on Andhra style. The cabbage leaves are very delicate, with waxy coating and powdery. Cabbage has many benefits like riboflavin. Even the left over’s can be used for grilled sandwich with has good vitamins and a quick lunch box meal for the kids. Here I give you the best recipe in different taste.

  Ingredients:
  •  ½ head cabbage
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  •  ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • Dry red chilly tear and take the seeds out
  • Curry leaves
  • ½ Ginger tsp
  • Asafoetida
  • Green chillies
  • Tumeric powder 
  •  Coriander powder
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh grated coconut.
  • Split gram dal 1 tsp

Method to prepare:
                                    
Heat the kadai with coconut oil. Add all the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter. Add cumin seeds and urad dal and allow it to be in low flame. Add dry chilies, green chilies and curry leaves, asafetida and turmeric powder and thus allow it to saute in for few minutes. Now you cut the cabbage in slices and then combine well. Cook the mixture without the lid for 9 to 10 minutes. Lower the flame and then place the lid closed and cook for 15minutes and stir it well. Remove the lid off and add coriander powder and salt to mix. Garnish the chopped coriander or grated coconut .Serve this with warm rice and rotis. It is always good to add grated coconut at the end of the cooking process.
