Ingredients:
- Beef – ½ kg
- Onion – 1 medium
- Tomato – 1
- Green chilly – 2
- Curry leaves
- Pepper powder -2 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Chilly powder – 2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Coconut oil – 3 tsp
- Salt
Method to prepare:
Wash and clean the meat well. Cook this eats meat with all the powders, chopped onions, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Cook well until the Beef is done perfectly. Open the pressure cooker when it has become cool. After that open the lid and keep in simmer uncovered until all the water gets reduced. Now heat the pan with oil. Now add all the cooked beef in the pan with curry leaves and green chilly. Now you can fry using low flame. Fry till it becomes dark by adding good masalas covering the meat. Remove the fire and garnish with coriander leaves.
