Chilly Chicken

Chilly chicken is the right way to indulge in excellent chapatti and puri and rice. 

Ingredients:

Chicken Pieces – ½ kg
Garlic and ginger paste – 1tsp
Chilly powder – 1
Corn Flour – 1 tsp+
Chilli sauce
Soya sauce
Tomato sauce
Egg – 1
Lemon juice – 1 half
Capsicum – 1 chopped
Onion – 1 medium
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chilly slit -2
Coriander leaves – few chopped
Salt


Oil – frying

Method to prepare:

Marinate the whole mixture into garlic and ginger paste, lemon juice, chilly powder, and also add ½ chilly sauce and two tablespoon of soya sauce and add salt if it is needed. Keep the whole mixture refrigerate for one hour.


Mix all the corn flour, egg, and marinate the chicken pieces together and add salt if needed. Deep fry this whole ingredient in the oil Sauté some onions. When the mixture gets transparent sauce the ginger, green chilies and capsicum.


Add 2 tablespoon of soya sauce, one tablespoon chilly sauce and also 1 table spoon of tomato sauce. Now you can add fried chicken pieces and also put some coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well. Add some salt. It is good to prepare all the things in low flame.
