Ingredients:
- Fresh coconuts – 2
- Sugar 2 cups
- Vanilla essence – 2 tsp
- Cardamom – 1
Method to prepare:
Remove the coconut from the skull
and wash neatly and grate the whole mixture. Now you can add the sugar with
water and allow boiling till the syrup is formed neatly. After that check the consistency
then add the grated coconut inside essence and cardamom powder and keep the mixture
stirring till the mixture leaves aside. You can add all the color of flavors. Remove
it on the greased plate and allow the mixture to cool.
