Excellent Turkey Fry


Turkey fry can be prepared at home in a very simple way. But it is very important to add the right ingredient inside the turkey dish. 

Ingredients:
  • Boneless Turkey – 1 kg
  • Onion – 2
  • Tomatoes –3
  • Green chilly – 3
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2tsp
  • Shallots -3
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds- 3 tsp
  • Fennel seeds- 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Dry red chilly – 3
  • Garam masala- ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – 2
  • Lime Juice- 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 3 springs
  • Coconut oil – 5 tsp
  • Salt required 
 Method to prepare:

Roast some amount of the coriander seeds, fennel seeds, dry red chilly, and cumin seeds on a very low flame till all the mixture gets and converted to light brown color. Grind all the mixture together to form a fine powder and keep it in the pressure cooker. Now in another side blend all the tomatoes, onions, and green chills to forma paste and put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker. Add the turkey inside with ginger garlic paste salt; chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and pepper powder mix the entire ingredients well. Pressure cooks all the ingredients well until the turkey gets cooked well. Open the lid neatly and allow the mixture to get boiled easily. Now in this add the coriander leaves, lime juice, coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients well till it becomes golden brown color. Now fry the turkey mixture well. Serve with chapatti, bread and parata.
