Paneer Butter Masala

Paneer butter masala is crispy and very tasty to prepare. The creamy fresh tastes will make wonders when you prepare this food. This delicious dish matches with chapatti, puree Naan. 

Ingredients:
  • Paneer- 250 gm
  • Onion – 2
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
  • Ripe tomatoes -3 of big size
  • Cashew nuts – 3 tsp
  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Kasthuri methi – ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 3 tsp
  • Fresh cream – 2 tsp
Ingredients to be pasted:
  • Take cubed paneer and sauté well till it becomes golden brown and then add one glass of hot water to the fried paneer and allow it to set for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes drain all the water and keep aside
  • Chop all the onions together to form a paste.
  • Cashew nuts shall be blended to make a paste.
  • Tomatoes can be chopped well to make a paste

Paneer Butter Masala Method to prepare:

Heat the oil in the pan and add butter with onion paste mixed till it becomes golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste in this mixture sauté for 3 minutes. Now in this mixture add the chilly powder and cashew nuts by combining together to from a paste. Now in this mixture add tomato puree, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt to get better mashing. Stir this mixture for 15 minutes. Now in this mixture add the paneer and put in simmer for 5 minutes. Now in this mixture add a cup of water and let the ixture gets cooked well in medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove the flame and set a good fresh cream and add butter for better taste. 

Keywords: ginger garlic paste in this mixture saute, add tomato puree, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt to get better mashing.
