Excellent Soya Beans Salad

This salad can be prepared in an easy way. This dish is very nutritious and delicious to be added with best salad preparation. 

Ingredients:
  • Soya bean boiled – 1 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped – 1 large
  • Onions chopped – 1 medium
  • Green chilies chopped – 1
  • Chilly flakes -1 tsp
  • Peanuts (roasted) – 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – ½ pieces
  • Coriander leaves – chopped 1 stalk
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
Method to prepare:

In a large bowl add the chopped onions, green chilies, tomato tat can be boiled well and salted with soya beans. Now you squeeze the lemon juice and add chilly flakes by drizzling some, amount of olive oil and toss the whole mixture gently. Garnish the whole mixture with best peanut that can be roasted with sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves. Serve this whole mixture as a healthy snack or it can be used as a salad.
