Egg has lot of protein content
with excellent beans combination. French beans have lots of nutritious
benefits.Here is the different preparation that can be done easily at home in a simple way with less oil. content.
Ingredients:
- Eggs- 2 boiled
- Onion – 1 medium sized
- French beans – 250 grams
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander seeds- ½ tsp
- Turmeric- ¼ tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Salt
Method to prepare:
Take some onions chop them into
small pieces. Now take a good frying pan and add oil to it. Now in this pan add
some eggs till it becomes golden brown color. In this cut the eggs into two
pieces and keep the eggs aside. Now cut all the French beans into pieces and
boil the whole mixture in the saline water. Now pour two tablespoon of oil in
the mixture.
Now when the oil is very hot make sure that you sauté all the onions
inside to get better taste. Add ginger garlic paste and masala ingredients to
get better taste. Saute well so that you will leave all the mixture and oil to
get separated. Pour half the cup of water and cook the whole ingredients at
very low flame till you can see the gravy gets thickness. Now you can add all
the egg pieces and French beans for better cooking of ten minutes. Garnish the whole
mixture with coriander leaves.
