Egg Biriyani


Egg biriyani is the most delicious dish that can be easily prepared at home easily in just simple methods. 
Ingredients:
  • Rice – 2 cups
  • Egg – 4
  • Onion – 4 nos
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 1 nos
  • Coriander leaf – 2 stalk
  • Green chilly - 2
  • Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
 Method to be prepared:

Soak the rice for 15 minutes. Take a large pan and pour ghee into the mixture. Put the rice and pour water and cover the rice. When the water gets fully dried take all the rice out till it becomes very cool. Boil some of the eggs and keep all the eggs should be kept aside. Take another pan add onions, ginger garlic paste, tomatos for better sauting. When the mixture gets fully boiled with the egg, after 2 minutes add some amount of rice and mix well till the ingredient is constantly mixed well. Add some more salt and furnish rice with coriander leaf for better taste.
