Lamb Curry


Lamb curry can be prepared easily in many ways. This lamb curry is very delicious with excellent preparation tips. Here are the preparation details given below. 


Ingredients:
  •  Lamb Boneless – 500 grams
  • Onions – 3
  • Cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 inch
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder – ½ tsp
  • Red chilly powder – ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  • Onion – 1 white
  • Tamarind pulp – 1 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1/8 cup
  • Hot water – 1 cup
  • Oil – to fry
  • Salt 
 Method to prepare:

Cut all the lamb into pieces. Wash it well neatly and drain it fully and keep aside. Now you can add 4 tablespoon of oil, vinegar, salt, tamarind and salt to mix it well neatly. Marinate this mixture for 5 hours. Now you add onion, ginger garlic paste and also add some oil and mix well in the blender to get and make a fine paste.
Now you can finely chop all the onions together and keep aside. Now add some oil that of 5 tablespoon and gently heat well. When the oil gets neatly heated then adds some onions together to get brown color.Now add the freshly ground paste and sauté neatly.  In this mixture add the mustard powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, pepper powder.
 Now when all the spices get exact brown color add the mutton pieces well. Now don’t put all the marinated mixture inside the pan. Now add a cup of water to this mixture into the pan and then make the whole mixture to get boiled well. Sprinkle salt. Remove the flame well and add mutton pieces till the mixture gets cooked well until it gets tender. Remove the flame and you can match this dish with naans, bread and rice.
