Brinjal spicy curry is the right
choice for rice and chapatti dish. This best dish can be prepared easily at home
in a simple way. Here are the preparation details given below.
Ingredients:
- Brinjal – 4
- Small onions – 12
- Garlic – 5 pods
- Tomatoes – 2
- Curry leaves – a spring
- Sesame oil – 3 tsp
- Mustard oil – ¼ tsp
- Dry Red chilly – 2
- Chilly powder – 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves – 3 tsp
- Tamarind powder – 2 tsp
Method to prepare:
Heat 4 tsp of oil in the pan and
add mustard and let the mixture gets splutter. Add some fenugreek seeds and fry
them with best curry leaves. Now you can add garlic pods, small onions in the pan
that can be almost cooked add all the chopped onions in the pan and fry them
well until it becomes cooked well. Now you can add all the chopped tomatoes and
mix well with onions. Add some salt, turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder
to the mixture and mix well in the flame. Now you can add some brinjal in the
pan and fry well for a minute. Now you can add some water in the pan and let it
boil for some time. And add tamarind paste and mix well gently. Let this curry
gets mixture properly for 5 minutes till the oil sets down.
