Rajasthani Kebab Shola


This lamb meat is one of the most favorite dish that can be easily prepared at home. 

Ingredients:
  •  Lamb meat- 500 gms
  • Vinegar – 2 tsp
  • Curd – ½ cup
  • Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
  • Sauf powder – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Kalongi seed powder - ½ tsp
  • Rai powder – ½ tsp
  • Jeera powder – ½ tsp
  • Dhaniya powder – ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
  • Papaya paste – 1 tsp
  • Mustard oil – 2 tsp
  • Salt
Method to prepare:

Mix all the delightful ingredients together and marinate the whole mixture for 2 ½ hours. Now you can roast all the lamp pieces in the grill, oven or tandoori form. Better roasting of all the lamp will do better taste when you grill them. You can also marinate the lamb in before it and keep it in the freezer for better taste. You can serve this lamb with tomato chutney.
