Spinach is very good for health and body this vegetable have good source of protein, vitamins and minerals.Here are the preparation details given below.
Ingredients:
- Palak – 5 bunches
- Tomato – 1
- Cumin – ½ tsp
- Whole garam masala – cloves 2
- Cinnamon -1
- Paneer – 100 gms
- Kasuri methi – 3 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Chilly powder – 1 tsp
- Saffron – ¼ tsp
- Green chilly – 3
- Salt – as required
- Oil – as required
Method to prepare:
Wash all the palak and chop them into many pieces. In the dish you can add some boiled water and chop the palak and allow it to cook for 2 minutes. Now you can blend the al in the mixy gently and make a paste. Take a dish and add some oil mix whole garam masala cumin seeds and fry well. Add all the onions inside till it becomes golden brown.
In this mixture add the ginger garlic paste, saffron, chilly powder, cumin and coriander powder, and chopped green chilly kasuri methi. Now in this mixtures add the chopped tomatoes and fry well for 2 minutes. Now in this mixture add some panner pieces to get best cooking .After these ingredients are dissolve check the consistency thoroughly before removing from the stove. If the liquid content is high then it is better to turn flame till it gets the required consistency. This mixture can be added with rice, chapatti and puri.
