Taste The Real Flavor Of Kolhapuri Fish

Fish has lots of benefits to maintain health in proper way. Here are the most excited fish foods that can be prepared in spicy way. Here are the details of preparing fish. 

 Ingredients:
  • Fish filtered – 1 kg
  • Yoghurt – 2/3 cup
  • Tomato chopped – 3 cup
  • Onion chopped – 1 cup
  • Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Grated coconut – 2 tsp
  • Chili powder – 2 tsp
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf – 2
  • Cloves – 2
  • Oil – 4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper – 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves- 2 stalk 
 Method to be prepared:

Mix chilly powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste, lemon juice and salt into the whole yoghurt mixture and marinate the fish for 20 minutes. Heat oil in the pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, onions and black pepper. Now you can sauté all the onions together and add coconut till it becomes light brown color. Now add tomatoes and cook well until the whole water gets dried. Now you can blend eth whole ingredient .Heat the oil in the pan and fry the fish at medium level. Now in this add the ground paste and then keep the mixture simmer for rest of the time. Garnish the whole ingredient with coriander leaves.
