Sri Lankan Chicken Curry

Chicken curry is like by everyone. This delicious dish is prepared using coconut cream and coconut milk. Here are the preparation details given below



Ingredients:

Ghee- 30 gms
Onion- 1
Clove – 2
Garlic- small pinch
Green chilies- 4
Turmeric- 1 tsp
Coriander ground – 1 tsp
Chicken pieces – 1 ½ kg
Coconut milk- 2 ½ cup
Coconut cream – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp

Method to prepare:

Take a pan and add ghee in a good frying pan. Now you can add onion, garlic, ginger, chilies, turmeric, and coriander now you can sauté for 2 minutes. In this mixture you can add chicken pieces and coconut milk for better coverage. Boil the whole mixture for 45 minutes and cook the chicken until it gets god tender. Now you can add the coconut cream and lemon juice and cover the whole mixture for 5 minutes. This will give you excellent taste and more tasty when you begin to eat.
