Capsicum Curry

Capsicum is rich in increasing the metabolism level; it also prevents the cancer from the skin. Vitamin C is the main part in capsicum. Protein, Vitamin A, Fats, Carotenoids are the main sources of this food. 

Ingredients:
  • Capsicum - 2 medium sizes
  • Onions medium -2
  • Coriander leaves -1 tsp
  • Peanut – ¾ cup
  • Red chilllies – 6
  • Oil- 4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 stalks
  • Salt
Method to be prepared:

Cut the capsicum into small pieces and remove the seeds gently out and keep the capsicum aside. Now take the peanuts, red chillies, chopped onions and coriander seeds in the pan and grind them to get thick paste. Heat the whole oil in the pan and add chopped onions till it becomes golden brown. Add capsicum, salt and sauté the whole mixture in the low flame for 10 minutes. Now in this mixture add the peanut paste and cook for 5 minutes. And chopped coriander leaves. Serve with rice and bread.
