Egg Keema Recipe

This curry is prepared in easy way by using boiled eggs. This dish is packed by most protein content. This dish will be favorable for the people who eat vegetarian who eat eggs.

Ingredients:
  •  Bay leaf – 1
  • Oil – 3 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick – 1 inch piece
  • Black cardamom – 1
  • Green cardamom – 2
  • Whole cloves -2
  • Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 1 tsp
  • Onion – 1 large
  • Green chilies – 1
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Red chilly powder – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes – 2 large
  • Hard Boiled eggs – 7 peeled
  • Green peas – ½ cup
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Cilantro - finely chopped
  • Water – ½ cup

Method to prepared:

Heat the oil in a non stick pan  add bay leaves,  cinnamon stick, green cardamom, Black cardamom, Whole cloves and stir well for 20 seconds. Add onions and salt and mix well for some time and make the mixture get sauted well. Now in this mixture add ginger garlic pate and cook for 5 minutes till the onions get sauted well. Cook well until the oil gets separated well. Now in this mixture add the red chilly powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder for some time. Try to add all the grated boiled eggs and boil well with little amount of water added and mixed well. Now in this add green peas and garam masala and cook the whole content for 3 minutes. Add cilantro to this mixture and serve this mixture for 5.
