Beef curry preparation can be done easily by means of pressure cooker in a better way. Here are the preparation details given below.
Ingredients:
- Beef – ½ kg
- Onion – sliced 4
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Shallots – 4
- Green chilies – 4
- Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Salt
- Water - ½ cup
- Oil – ¼ cup
- Curry leaves – 2 springs
Method to prepare:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and
sauté onions in a pan. saute till golden brown and add ginger garlic paste and
shallots and sauté again till the raw smell gets disappears. Now you can low the
flame and add it into powders. Mix well neatly and add the cleaned powders and sauté
for few minutes and add some water and pressure cook till it gets done. Once
you cook open the lid and add excess water and heat till the water gets
disappeared. Fry the beef well and add some oil and cook well.
