Mock Abalone Rice Vermicelli


 This recipe can be prepared faster and also delicious when added with curry leaves and crispy cereal

 Ingredients:
  • Vermicelli – 150g
  • Vegetarian mock abalone rained – 1 can
  • Curry powder – 2 tsp
  • Water – 5 tsp
  • Carrot - 6 slices
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Fresh Chinese celery to get right garnish 

Method to be prepared: 

Mix all the curry powder, chilly powder with3 tsp of water to form a good curry paste and set aside. Heat oil in the non stick tawa. Stir all the curry paste and fry in a very medium paste until fragrance. Throw all the vegetarian mock abalone and stir  fry to 2 minutes and off the heat. Add in rice and vermicelli, carrot and mix well. Sprinkle some amount of water for tossing in a better way. Season with salt in small amount .Garnish with Chinese cereley and serve immediately.
