Ingredients:
- Chicken – 400gms
- Oil – 3 tsp
- Saffron- ½ tsp
- Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
- Curd – 100 gms
- Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves – 3 stalks
- Coriander leaves – 4 stalks
- Green chilies – 4
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Method to prepare:
- Wash the chicken pieces well
- Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, saffron, curd, garam masala powder for about 2 hours.
- Take a large kadai and add curry leaves and slit green chilies inside the pan after that add the marinated chicken pieces inside the pan and fry well.
- Now you can add some amount of water inside the pan and cook for 15 minutes in a very low flame.
- Now you can open the lid and fry hardly for some time till it completely gets dry.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
