Chicken Fry Spicy

Chicken is the moist delicious dish that can be prepared in many ways. Here are the best chicken fry preparation given in detail. 


Ingredients:
  • Chicken – 400gms
  • Oil – 3 tsp
  • Saffron- ½ tsp
  • Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
  • Curd – 100 gms
  • Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves – 3 stalks
  • Coriander leaves – 4 stalks
  • Green chilies – 4
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Method to prepare:
  • Wash the chicken pieces well
  • Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, saffron, curd, garam masala powder for about 2 hours.
  • Take a large kadai and add curry leaves and slit green chilies inside the pan after that add the marinated chicken pieces inside the pan and fry well. 
  • Now you can add some amount of water inside the pan and cook for 15 minutes in a very low flame.
  • Now you can open the lid and fry hardly for some time till it completely gets dry.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
