Cauliflower Manchurian can be prepared easily by simple
methods. Cauliflower is rich in vitamins and minerals. Here are the preparation
details given below.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 1
- Onions – 2
- Maida/ rice flour – 2 tsp
- Corn flour – 3 tsp
- Green chilies – 4
- Chopped garlic – 2 tsp
- Chopped ginger – 2 tsp
- Soya sauce – 2 tsp
- Green chilly sauce – 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce – ½ tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves – 1 handful
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Red color – a pinch (optional)Method to prepare:
- Separate the florets into small pieces and boil well in turmeric water and salt water for 10 minutes.
- Now you can strain the water and drain the water
- Mix all the corn flour, rice flour or Maida, salt or red color into a paste.
- Dip all the florets into the paste and blend them neatly
- Deep fry all the cauliflower and set aside and keep well.
- Heat all the oil in the kadai well. Sauté well all the onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, until cooked.
- Add soya sauce, garlic sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar in the mixture.
- Now you can add small amount of salt
- Now you can add all the cauliflower inside and stir well.
