Mutton Bone Soup


Soup gives strength to the body with good protein and many health benefits here are the preparation given below to get best nutritious effect.


Ingredients:
  • Mutton bones – 250 gm
  • Onion – 1
  • Garlic pods – 5
  • Ginger – 2 pieces
  • Mint leaves – 12
  • Pepper pods – 10 -12
  • Tomato’s – 3
  • Salt (for taste)
Method to prepare:
Wash the mutton bones neatly for about 6 times. After that put all the onions, garlic, ginger, mint leaves, pepper, tomatoes and salt in the pressure cooker and mix them well  by masking tomatoes in this process. Add 5 or 6 cups of water and pressure cook it .After this strain it in the container you can serve in a cup or bowl. For instant taste you can add toast bread and cut them in small circle and add to the soup and serve well.
