Seer Fish Cutlets


Fish is rich in omega fats. Fish intake is good for the body and help to gain more nutrition and vitamins. This cutlet preparation can be done easily at home by simple methods. 

Ingredients:
  • Potatoes – 1 medium (mashed and boiled)
  • Onions – 1
  • Green chillies – 5
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Seer fish – 100 gm (Boiled and deboned)
  • Egg- 1
  • Bread crumbs – 1 cup
  • Oil – As per needed.
Method to prepare:

Saute onions well in the pan. Add some green chilies, ginger and make all the raw smell evaporates well. Add some more turmeric powder and the mashed potatoes to be stir well adjust with the salt. Now you can ad seer fish into the crumbling pieces. Sauté the whole mixture well and adjust with the salt.  Now you can make all the mixture to get cooled and make cutlets of desired shape. Now you can dip the raw cutlets into the beaten egg bowl. Now you can coat the cutlets with bread crumbs. Now you can fry the pan with 2 or 3 table spoon of oil. Fry both the sides till it becomes golden brown.
 
Keywords: add some green chilies, ginger and make all the raw smell, beaten egg bowl,coat the cutlets with bread crumbs, turmeric powder and the mashed potatoes.
