Spicy Mushrooms


Mushrooms are more delicious and tasty food for everyone. Mushroom has lots of vitamins and health benefits. You have been seen lots of mushroom types and tasted excellent flavors. “Here rae the preparation details given below.

 Ingredients:
  •  Oil - 2tsp
  • Onion chopped – 50 g
  • Garlic chopped – 50 g
  • Mushrooms – 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Red chilly paste – ½ tsp
  • Tomatoes beaten – ½ kg
  • Almond and coconut paste – 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder – 1tsp
  • Dhaniya powder – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper power – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
Method to be prepared:

Heat the pan neatly with oil and ad chopped onion and garlic. Fry this whole mixture for a while and add all the mushrooms to get fried well. Now in this mixture add all the ginger garlic paste and salt in this whole mixture so that water content will be left so far. Now in this mixture add oil in the kadai and vessel cook for some time to get best cook.
Now in this mixture add red chilly powder and tomatoes to get cook well. Add all the almond and coconut paste to mix with the entire ingredients well. Add some little water for a while and cook for some time. Garnish the whole mixture with dhaniya leaves , capsicum and grated cheese.
