Chicken Balls



Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken – 200 gms
  • Mint leaves- 12
  • Green chilly- 3
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
  • Roasted gram dal – handful
  • Chirongi - hand full
  • Corn flour- 2 tsp
  • Egg – 1
  • Salt
Method to be prepared:

Wash the chicken well and cut into pieces. Now you can add all the ingredients inside the mixture and make a thick paste. Now you can feel the mixture gets sticky now you can add a little table spoon and gently move the oil towards the chicken. Now you can clearly add the fried pieces inside the flame and see whether the mixture gets cooked well. Fry till golden brown and remove the mixture after excess oil is absorbed. You can make a good snake with this dish.
