The oldest cultivated plant is
beans which as lower cholesterol fiber and also helps to maintain the blood
sugar levels. Beans are a good vegetable for diabetes, rich in iron, magnesium,
protein, potassium, manganese. Here is the best preparation that can be done
easily at home.
Ingredients:
- Chopped beans – 3
- Garlic – 4 crushed
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Tomatoes – 3 medium size
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
- Salt (as per required)
- Seasoning:
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Curry leaves – 1 stalk
- Oil – 1 tsp
Method to prepare:
Take a large kadai and add all the
seasoning ingredients. Now you can add all the ginger garlic paste and also
with crushed garlic and sauté well. In this case you can add all the tomatoes
and cook with half cooked. Add turmeric and chilly powder and sauté well. Now
you can add chopped beans and salt. Add all the half cup of water and cook until
with closed lid. Now you can sprinkle garam masala and stir well. Serve this
mixture with rice or fresh roti and parata.
