Pork curry is the right recipe
that can be prepared easily at home in different style. Here are the preparation

Ingredients:
- Peanut oil – 1 tsp
- Brown onion – 1
- Red curry paste – 2 tsp
- Pork fillet that can be cut into many pieces – 650 g
- Coconut milk - 400ml
- Fish sauce- 1 tsp
- Brown sugar – 2 tsp
- Red capsicum -1 large
- Green beans – 120 g
- Roasted peanuts unsalted – ¼ cup
- Red chilly – 2
Method to prepare:
Heat the sauce pan with oil till
it becomes hot. Add some onions together and fry for some time for 2 minutes
until it becomes tender. Now add some curry paste inside and fry for 2 minutes until
it gets the right aroma. Now in this mixture add pork and fry for 3 minutes and
make an elegant coat of the curry mixture. Add fresh coconut milk, fish sauce,
capsicum, beans and brown sugar. Bring it to boil for some time. Reduce the flame
and simmer the vegetable for 2 minutes. Pour some curry over rice with great
topping of peanuts. Serve hot.
