Ladies Finger Fry


Ladies Finger Fry is the most delicious dish that can be prepared easily at home in a simple way. Here are the recipe details given in detail.

Ingredients:
  • Ladies Finger – 20 nos
  • Mustard seeds – 2 tsp
  • Urad dhal – 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – 1 strand
  • Onion- 1 medium
  • Home made sambar powder – 3 tsp
  • Salt- As required
  • Oil- 3 tsp

Home made sambar powder:
  • Coriander seeds – ¼ kg
  • Red chilly – ¼ kg
  • Fenugreek seeds – 50 gms
  • Toor dal – 50 gms
  • Channa dal – 50 gms
  • Pepper corns – 50 gms
  • Jeera – 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 50 gms
Method to prepare:

Take a large sized onion and chop them well into pieces. Now you can add some oil in the pan and fry the entire ladies finger together. Now you can make the slimness stick to the bottom when it gets fry. Even some time the bottom of the kadai gets burnt. No matter this will happen still fry t hem neatly with required salt and cook for 15 minutes. Now in the kadai add all the oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, onion, curry leaves, and fry till the onion gets translucent. Add some sambar powder ad salt and fry well. Stir neatly.
