Fast Preparation Of Chicken Curry

Here is an excellent preparation that can be prepared faster and easier by simple methods. 

Ingredients:

Onion – 1 medium
Chicken – boneless (500 gms)
Ginger – 1 tsp
Garlic -  1 tsp
Salt – Required
Curry powder – 3 tsp
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Cream of cheese – 8oz
Broth – 2 cups
Tomatoes – ¼ cup
Cilantro- few springs

Method to prepare:

Heat oil in the pan and add some onions .Cook for 2 minutes till it becomes golden brown and also get translucent. Add some chicken pieces inside the pan, ginger  , garlic, salt, curry powder. Mix well and add some amount of lime juice. Again add some onions inside the pan and mix well. Cover and cook the chicken until it is done perfectly. Mix all the softened broth with a hand blender and keep the mixture aside. When the chicken is cooked well add some cream cheese sauce and tomatoes and also adding curry leaves. Mix all the ingredients well and garnish with coriander leaves.
