Mutton Mice With Delicious Ridge Gourd



This dish is prepared with different taste with extraordinary taste.


Ingredients:

Mutton mince – 500 gm
Potato – 1
Onion- 1
Tomato – 2
Ridge Gourd- 250 gms
Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp
Saffron – ½ tsp
Red chilly powder- 2 tsp
 Salt – 1 pinch
Oil
Fenu greek leaves – 2 bunches
Green chilly – 3

Method to prepare:

Heat the pan in the pan and add all the green chilly, onion, till it becomes golden brown.

Add a little bit saffron, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, mince, fenugreek leaves and fry well neatly. Add the potato and ridge gourd pieces and salt and mix well completely.

Now you can add 3 cups of water and allow the whole mixture to get boiled for 30 minutes.

Once the mixture is cooked completely increase the flam and wait till it gets drain completely.

This mixture can be served with chapatti or rice.
